Melissa Brown, Partner, Daobridge Capital Limited
A leading Asian Responsible Investment analyst, Melissa Brown currently works in private equity as a Partner of Daobridge Capital, a China-focused advisory firm. In Asia since 1988, she analyzed Asian investments for 15 years as a sell-side equity analyst and research director for Barclays Capital, JPMorgan, and Citigroup. During Ms. Brown’s tenure as the Executive Director of ASrIA (2003-2008), she
led a range of innovative ESG research initiatives. She has also invested in emerging market private equity funds while at IDFC Capital and is a Director of Sustainalytics, a global ESG research provider. Ms. Brown is a government-appointed council member of the Hong Kong Institute of CPAs, a member of the Securities and Futures Commission Takeovers Panel, and previously served as an elected member of the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment Advisory Council and a member of the HKEx Listing Committee (2006-2012).

at Babson College and educational consultant, was previously faculty and manager at Harvard Business School. She holds a B.A. from The College of William and Mary and Ph.D. from State University of New York-Buffalo.
Anthony Neoh, Senior Counsel
Anthony Neoh, is a Senior Counsel of the Hong Kong Bar. He was previously Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (1995-1998) and Chief Advisor of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (1999-2004). Mr. Neoh is a frequent speaker in academic and professional institutions on financial regulation, corporate governance and the importance of the Rule of Law. These
topics remain his continuing research interests. Mr. Neoh is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of China Life Insurance.
